•If you are planning to receive Botox, make sure that you give yourself at least 2 to 4 weeks post Botox injections before you receive Microneedling.

After-care instructions for MicroNeedling Treatment:

•Avoid sun exposure. Wear sunblock.  Spf 30 or greater
•Use tepid water for the initial 24 hours to rinse the treated area. After 24 hours, use a gentle cleanser to cleanse the face for the following 72 hours and gently dry the treated skin. Always make sure that your hands are clean when touching the treated area. It is best to avoid touching your face.
•Do not take any inflammatory medicines for at least 2 weeks post treatment.
•It is recommended that makeup or sunscreen hould not be applied for 24 hours after the procedure. Do not apply any makeup with a makeup brush, especially if it is not clean.
• After the initial 24 hours, apply a broad spectrum UVA/UVB sunscreen with a minimum SPF 30 for two weeks. A professional grade sunscreen is highly recommended.

• Change your pillowcases and sheets. Especially if you have pets.

• No laser treatments, peels, or other collagen induction treatments for at least 4 weeks.

What to Avoid:

•For at least 3 days post treatment, do NOT use any Alpha Hydroxy Acids, Beta Hydroxy Acid, Retinol (Vitamin A), Vitamin C (in a low pH formula) or anything perceived as ‘active’ skincare.
•Avoid intentional and direct sunlight for 2 weeks.  No tanning beds.

•Do not go swimming for at least 24 hours post-treatment.
•No exercising or strenuous activity for the first 24 hours post-treatment. Sweating and gym environments must be avoided during the first 72 hours post-treatment. (this also includes RF microneedle services.)

Electrocoagulation Aftercare

  • keep the treatment area clean and dry,
  • refrain from sun exposure, and
  • apply aftercare ointment.
  • Do not pick any scabs
  • Most conditions will be treated at a single treatment, for larger blemishes it may be necessary to treat them over multiple appointments that should be 8 weeks apart.
  • Wear sunblock (spf 30 or greater)

Microblading Aftercare

  • Keep eyebrows dry for 48 hours.
  • Wash your face gently and be especially careful around the treated area. Pat it with a clean tissue. Don’t rub your brows.
  • Do not scratch or rub your eyebrows while they're healing.
  • Use only products prescribed by your esthetician. Don’t use skincare products on your own, because they can contain ingredients such as exfoliants and acids, which can affect the pigment.
  • Let the scabs fall off naturally. Don’t pick them because you can rip some pigment off and it is hard to fix.
  • Don’t sleep on your face and use a clean pillowcase.
  • Don’t wear makeup for at least 10 days. Again, if you must we recommend Jane Iredale
  • Avoid sweating, saunas, swimming pools and long showers.
